I am a multi skilled FILMMAKER who brings a passion for creating a connection between the screen and the viewer through my love of storytelling. I began my career in the creative industries as a music producer and DJ. I'd always been drawn to filmmaking and some life circumstances saw me seek a fresh challenge. I learnt how to use cameras, the art of editing and colour grading. My first real job in film was as a runner in a boutique production house in Melbourne, I learnt quickly and progressed to helping out on edits and grading, to manning a b cam. As I returned to Scotland in 2017 I worked as an editor at Freakworks Post Production, then working freelance as a Videographer, Cam Op, Editor and Colour Grader.
Over the years I’ve worked on a diverse range of content; short films, feature films, music videos, live sport, brand campaigns, broadcast, documentaries and creative agency work. Working on projects for the Royal Bank of Scotland, IRN BRU, Scottish Power, Footlocker, AFL live (Australia), The Glenrothes, Highland Park, The Macallan, Edinburgh Gin, STV, National Museum of Scotland, Ooni Pizza Ovens, Footlocker amongst many others projects.
I understands every project is different and that collaboration and teamwork help deliver the best visual for a project, I'm ready to meet the challenge, big or small. I've proven to be able to deliver quality work on time, whilst managing multiple projects simultaneously. Can work as a team lead, or self shoot / edit / Grade remotely.
